Il tuo è un romanzo che si inserisce in un filone classico, il giallo storico, ma, allo stesso tempo, ha una serie di caratteristiche originali: basato su eventi accaduti realmente, la scrittura volutamente moderna, l'accuratezza della lingua e della ricerca. Organisational Psychology

DESCRIZIONE:

 

PROGRAM OVERVIEW: After a brief introduction to psychology and work, the program reviews the 'intra-personal' characteristics and those that make different individuals different from each other; then it exposes the criteria to measure such features and the related tools.
Secondly, it introduces the organization and those aspects of the organization that have a 'psychological' impact on people and on which the psychology of people has an impact.
Then, outline some 'basic' models to understand people's actions in organizations.
By incorporating these models, the course goes through the analysis of the behaviours that people implement in organizations about themselves, other people, and the organization itself also in the framework of systems dynamics.
In this context, there are also some 'practices' or processes such as communication, personnel selection, managing diversity, etc. A quick overview will also be given about neuroscience.
